We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to reject or cancel any order that contains content that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be offensive, obscene, hateful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, promoting of violence, infringing on the intellectual property rights of any third party, or otherwise illegal or inappropriate. Our production team may briefly review uploaded designs to ensure printability and compliance with this clause, but this review is cursory and does not constitute a warranty that your design is free of legal infringements or other issues. The ultimate legal and ethical responsibility for the content you submit rests entirely with you.

  • The content is not defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

  • Soliciting for employment, business, or charitable donations from our employees or customers without authorization.

We have the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting any materials on or through our website. You waive and hold harmless NGUYEN THE LINH LLC and its affiliates, licensees, and service providers from any claims resulting from any action taken by any of the foregoing parties during, or taken as a consequence of, investigations by either such parties or law enforcement authorities.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price that you pay is the price displayed at the time you submit your order, as confirmed in the order summary screen. We make every effort to ensure that all pricing information on our site is accurate, but occasionally, errors may occur. If we discover that a product you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing data received from our suppliers, we will contact you promptly via the email address you provided. You will have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We are under no obligation to honor an incorrect price.

Payment Processing

By submitting your order, you authorize NGUYEN THE LINH LLC, through Stripe, to charge the total order amount—including product costs, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes—to the payment method you selected at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB) as well as digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All payment information is handled with the highest level of security. Stripe processes transactions under PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the most stringent level of security available in the payments industry. Your full credit card details are tokenized and never stored on our servers. Order Confirmation

Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation to the address you provided. This email serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order. It does not constitute our acceptance of your offer. Acceptance occurs, and a binding contract is formed, when your order enters our production queue and we capture the payment. Until that point, your order is in a pre-processing state, and you may have a limited window to request changes or cancellation by contacting us at thelinhng98@gmail.com or +84362365830 as quickly as possible. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, once production has begun, cancellations and modifications may no longer be possible.

Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production Timelines

Each product on ntlinh.store is manufactured on demand. Our standard production time—the period from order acceptance to the package being handed to the shipping carrier—varies based on the product type and current order volume, but is typically between 2 and 5 business days. This timeline is an estimate, not a guarantee, although we strive to meet it consistently. During peak seasons (such as the November-December holiday period), production times may be extended, and we will post any such general advisories on our website.

Shipping

We ship to addresses throughout the United States and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package and are clearly displayed to you during checkout before you finalize your payment. You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for packages undelivered, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

Transit times after the package leaves our facility are determined by the carrier and the shipping method you selected at checkout. While we provide estimated delivery windows, these are not guarantees. NGUYEN THE LINH LLC is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, particularly those resulting from factors beyond our control such as severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or peak season congestion. We will, however, assist you in tracking your package and resolving carrier-level issues to the best of our ability.

International Orders and Customs

For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Given that every product we sell is custom-made to your specifications, our return policy is fundamentally different from that of a traditional retail store. Returns are accepted only for products that are:

  • Defective due to a manufacturing flaw in the blank product.

  • Incorrectly printed in a way that materially deviates from your approved design mockup.

  • Damaged during transit.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a design you created and approved.

  • Minor color variations between the digital mockup and the physical product, as explained in the Product Descriptions section of these terms.

  • Errors in the user-uploaded artwork file, including low resolution, typos, or artifacts.

An approved return will result in a full refund to the original payment method or a free replacement, at your election.

Limitations of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NGUYEN THE LINH LLC PROVIDES THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NGUYEN THE LINH LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED ON THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

This disclaimer applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or destruction. IN NO EVENT SHALL NGUYEN THE LINH LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT, OR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, EVEN IF NGUYEN THE LINH LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF NGUYEN THE LINH LLC TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY PORTION OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NGUYEN THE LINH LLC FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM. THIS CAP ON LIABILITY IS A MATERIAL PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NGUYEN THE LINH LLC HAS SET ITS PRICES IN RELIANCE UPON IT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, the liability of NGUYEN THE LINH LLC shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms shall attempt to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NGUYEN THE LINH LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) any content you submit, upload, or transmit through the website, including any claim that your content infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of a third party; (c) your use of any product purchased from NGUYEN THE LINH LLC in a manner that causes harm to you or another person; and (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. You shall not settle any such claim without our prior written consent.

Force Majeure

NGUYEN THE LINH LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such force majeure events shall include, but not be limited to: acts of God, including fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other severe weather; war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts; riot, civil commotion, or insurrection; government orders, laws, regulations, or embargoes; strikes, labor stoppages, or other industrial disturbances; epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergency; failure or shortage of power, telecommunications, transportation, or other infrastructure; and cyber-attacks or other malicious interference with our information technology systems.

In the event of a force majeure, our performance shall be excused for the duration of the event, and the time for performance shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of the delay. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the force majeure event and its anticipated impact on your order.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them, your use of ntlinh.store, or the purchase of any product from NGUYEN THE LINH LLC, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

We both commit to making a good-faith effort to amicably resolve any controversy through direct communication for a period of at least 60 days. Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any and all claims against NGUYEN THE LINH LLC shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against NGUYEN THE LINH LLC.

Termination

These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or NGUYEN THE LINH LLC. You may terminate these terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services and by ceasing all use of ntlinh.store. However, termination does not relieve you of any obligations accrued prior to the date of termination, including the payment for any orders that have already been placed.

We may terminate this agreement with you at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon providing notice to the email address you have registered with us. Cause for termination shall include, but not be limited to: (a) your breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business, reputation, or other customers; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) a request by law enforcement or other government agency.
